Measure
We measure the roof from satellite and confirm on site. Squares, pitch, and details go in the file before anyone talks price.

Specify
You see written options — system, accessories, and what is included. Cost depends on the roof, not a phone-book number.
- 03
Schedule
After a signed contract and the California down payment, we set crew days and pull the permit.
- 04
Build
Tear-off, deck, underlayment, flashings, field, ridge. Photos as we go. Change orders in writing before extra work starts.
- 05
Walk it
Magnet sweep, debris gone, walkthrough with you. Warranties and closeout in the file.
