Warranties
Two different documents protect a finished roof: the manufacturer’s warranty on the product and Legend’s workmanship warranty on the install. We do not invent coverage or years we cannot document.
- Manufacturer warranties follow the current terms for the exact system installed. Enhanced programs have installer and product rules.
- Legend workmanship covers our labor as written in your contract — typically a 10-year workmanship term on complete replacements unless the contract says otherwise.
- Repairs carry workmanship on the repaired detail, not on the rest of an aged roof.
- Keep the closeout packet. Registration, if required, is part of handover.
