When tile is intact but the roof leaks, the underlayment is usually done. We lift courses, strip felt, repair deck, install high-temp underlayment and new flashings, then relay the original tile with new fasteners and bird stops. Broken pieces are replaced from attic stock or a matching lot when we can find it.

Questions
Will my roof look the same?
The field should. New flashings and bird stops will look new, which is correct.
