Tile outlasts the felt underneath it. Most ‘tile roof problems’ in the Valley are failed underlayment, broken bird stops, or cracked pans. A proper tile job is battens or direct-deck per the tile, new underlayment, flashings, and careful reset. Weight on the structure is checked before we add tile to a house that never had it.

Can you reuse my existing tile?
Sometimes. We inspect breakage, remaining stock, and color lot before promising a lift-and-relay.
